Chaltrek offers camping accessories like headlamps, snowshoes, camp chairs, axes and mattresses and other general accessories.

Headlamps
If you don't have one yet...get one! Headlamps are extremely practical since they keep your hands free! Ideal for camping, biking, dog sledding, exploring, hiking, around the tent or car or doing chores around the house. Our Petzl headlamps come in many shapes and colours, ideally suited for specific tasks. Just let us know why you would like to use a headlamp and we will tell you which one we would recommend.

Snowshoes
Chaltrek is proud to offer Faber traditional and new generation snowshoes. The type of snow shoe you need is determined by its use, the height and weight of the person and the type of terrain. We at Chaltrek will be able to fit you and the rest of your family with the proper snowshoe based on all these conditions.
Would you like to try snowshoes out or only use them for a short time? Ask us about our special rental rates. Do you own snow shoes that need repair or just new varnish? No problem. Bring in your snow shoes and we will give you a quote.

Buckles and webbing
Don't throw out a pack if the buckle broke or a piece of webbbing needs replacing... Chaltrek offers buckles and webbing in 1", 1 1/2", 2" and 3 1/4" widths. Flat webbing is available in black and yellow.
Rock or ice climbing? Sailing? Want to hang up your kayak or canoe in the off season? Need a new dog leash? One inch tubular webbing has a strength rating, is perfect for a variety of uses and comes in all kinds of crazy colours.

Matresses
Chaltrek offers a whole series of Therm-a-Rest Mattresses by Cascade Designs that give you as much comfort as possible given the kind of trip you are on. Whether you are looking for the lightest mattress possible or more comfort for your base camp, we can match you up with a great mattress!
