About Filson
In 1897 C.C. Filson designed Mackinaw Wool apparel and rugged boots to
outfit the explorers of the great Klondike Gold Rush when clothing wasn't a
matter of choice but survival. He designed and manufactured durable,
outdoor clothing for miners, loggers, fishermen, mariners and explorers who
spent time roaming and working in the harsh outback.
Wool Pants
 The Mackinaw pants are Filson's warmest pants and are made in field style
or plain. The natural insulating qualities provide the comfort and protection you
need to keep the cold at bay. Both styles have four roomy pockets, a watch
pocket, a brass zipper fly and heavy-duty suspender buttons. Seven belt loops
accommodate belts up to 1 1/2". The field style pants have two buttoned side
pockets. Dry clean.

Vests  The Tin Cloth Cruiser Vest
is made for severe conditions and stands up to
rugged wear. The Tin Cloth Vest boasts four pockets in front and a wider
pocket in the back. Two inside pockets ensure safe storage. Plus a black
grommet for your surveyor's lanyard. Originally designed for timber cruisers,
it's cut full around the middle for comfort yet works equally well for surveyors,
photographers and geologists. Machine wash/line dry.
